This Privacy Policy explains what information Desi Bazaar (“we”, “us”) collects through our website www.desibazaarfoods.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Desi Bazaar is located at 1445 Shaw Ave, Suite 110, Clovis, CA 93611.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you send us a message through the contact form on our Contact page, we receive your name, your email address and your message. When you call or email us, we receive the details you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site working. We use Koko Analytics, a privacy-friendly statistics tool that runs on our own website, to count page visits. It does not build a profile of you and does not share data with anyone.
  • Cookies and similar storage. Our website uses a small number of cookies or browser storage that are needed for the site to work and to remember settings you choose, such as the text size or contrast in the accessibility toolbar. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your messages, questions and requests.
  • To run, secure and improve our website.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Services from other companies

  • Online ordering (Boons). The “Order Now” and “Order Online” buttons take you to our online ordering page, which is run by Boons (order.boons.io). Information you enter there, such as your order, contact and payment details, is collected by Boons under their own privacy policy.   • Google Maps. Our Contact page shows a map provided by Google. Google may collect information when you view or use the map, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Website hosting and email. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and messages from the contact form are delivered to our email inbox. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep information

Contact form messages are sent to our email inbox and are not stored in the website. We keep messages only as long as we need them to respond to you and for our normal business records.

Your choices and California privacy rights

  • You can ask us to review, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by contacting us using the details below.
  • California residents may ask whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code Section 1798.83). We do not share personal information for that purpose.
  • Do Not Track. Our website does not track visitors across other websites and does not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
