Welcome to Desi Bazaar (grocery, eatery and pizza), 1445 Shaw Ave, Suite 110, Clovis, CA 93611. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website www.desibazaarfoods.com. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Menu, prices and availability

  • Menu items, grocery products, prices, offers and opening hours shown on this website are for general information and may change without notice.
  • Prices on the website may differ from prices in the store or in the online ordering system. The price confirmed when you place your order, or charged at the counter, is the price that applies.
  • Items can sell out or be seasonal (for example, items marked “Seasonal”). We cannot guarantee that every item is available at all times.
  • Food photos on the website are for illustration only. Actual dishes, portions and presentation may vary.
  • We try to keep the website accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel or adjust the affected order after telling you.

2. Online ordering (Boons)

  • Online orders are placed through Boons, a third-party ordering platform (order.boons.io). When you order online, you also agree to the terms and privacy policy of Boons.
  • Payments made online are processed by Boons and its payment partners. Desi Bazaar does not receive or store your card details.
  • For help with an online order, such as a payment problem, order status, a missing or incorrect order, or a refund, please contact Boons customer support at (925) 574-5900 or (925) 474-4430.
  • Pickup and delivery times shown during ordering are estimates and can be affected by how busy we are, weather, traffic or other circumstances.
  • If you prefer, you can also order by calling or visiting our store.

3. Food allergies and dietary information

  • Our kitchen uses common allergens including milk and dairy (paneer, ghee, butter, cream, yogurt), wheat and gluten, nuts and peanuts, sesame, soy, eggs, mustard, fish and shellfish.
  • Because our food is prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens, even if it is marked Veg or does not list an allergen as an ingredient.
  • “Veg” means the dish is made without meat, poultry or fish. It does not mean vegan, and it may contain dairy or eggs.
  • If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell our staff before you order and ask about the ingredients. For online orders, add a note and call the store to confirm.
  • Spice levels are a guide only and can vary.

4. Offers and promotions

  • Offers and deals (for example, day-specific specials) apply only on the days, times and items stated, while supplies last.
  • Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

5. Grocery products

Grocery items shown on the website are examples of what we stock and may not be available at all times. Please check product labels for ingredients, allergens and “best before” dates. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

6. Using this website

  • You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, sending spam through our contact form, or copying large parts of it.
